Managing Customer Orders & Processing Refunds
Manage customer orders, process refunds, update order details, and handle event cancellations with automatic refund processing

Access all customer orders through your event dashboard's 'Orders' section. You can view order details including customer information, purchased tickets, payment status, and order history. Use the search function to find specific orders by customer name or email address. Each order shows the order number, total amount, payment method, and current status (pending, paid, or refunded).

You can edit customer order details by clicking the 'Edit' button on any order. Update the customer's first name, last name, and email address as needed. This is useful when customers make typos during checkout or need to change their contact information. Changes are saved immediately and customers will receive future communications at the updated email address.

Stubs offers three refund options: Complete refunds (full ticket price minus processing fees), Partial refunds (specific tickets from multi-ticket orders), and Custom refunds (any amount up to the refundable limit). All refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in customers' accounts within 5-10 business days. Customers receive automatic email notifications when refunds are processed.

When you cancel an event or subevent, Stubs automatically processes refunds for all affected tickets. The system calculates exact refund amounts, processes them through Stripe, and sends notification emails to customers. You can preview refund amounts before confirming cancellation. The process runs in the background, so you don't need to manually process individual refunds.

Yes! You can resend order confirmation emails from the order details page by clicking 'Resend Order Details.' This is helpful when customers can't find their original confirmation or need updated information after making changes to their order. The email includes all current order details, ticket information, and event details.

Download complete order data as a CSV file from your event dashboard. The export includes customer details, order amounts, payment methods, ticket information, and order status. This is useful for accounting purposes, customer service, or integrating with external systems. The CSV file is named with your event title and current date for easy organization.
